Virginia Kathleen Knudtson

Virginia Kathleen Knudtson, 95, of Reisterstown and formerly of Westminster, passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at Serenity Garden Manor Assisted Living in Baltimore. Born October 21, 1929 in Circleville, WV she was the daughter of the late James W. and Zola C (Wimer) Cook. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald Fred Knudtson, who predeceased her December 5, 1997. Virginia was a devoted homemaker. She had a competitive nature and loved to bowl on leagues, playing bingo, and was an avid fan of the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles. She had attended Church of the Open Door. Surviving her are children JoAnn Boblits and husband David, Donald Knudtson and wife Donna, Patricia Wood, James Knudtson; and 5 loving grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents she was predeceased by siblings Helen Rang, John Cook and Mary Danskie. The family will welcome friends on Monday, September 29, 2025 from 5 to 7pm at Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel, 412 Washington Rd., Westminster. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th at 12 Noon, with a visitation at 11am. Interment will be in Lakeview Memorial Park.
