Virginia (Ginny) Irene Mulholland-Esmonde, age 79, of Crestview, Florida, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 23, 2025, following an extended illness at Silvercrest Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Born In Spencerville, Ohio, Ginny was the beloved daughter of Lyman L. Mulholland Sr. and Sadie L. Fraley Mulholland. She was a member of the Spencerville High School, Class of 1964, and later attended Northwest Ohio College, where she nurtured her passion for numbers an organization.

Ginny married Neil Esmonde on April 6, 1963, in Mendon, Ohio, beginning a lifelong journey of love, family, and community. Together, they raised three children and built a life rooted in hard work and care for others.

Her professional journey was as diverse as it was dedicated. She was the proud owner of Esmonde's Market in Mendon, Ohio, served in the accounting department at F.B. Leopold Company, and later became a licensed workman's compensation adjustor with Erie Insurance. Her career reflected her meticulous nature and her commitment to helping others.

Ginny lived in several places throughout her life, each one touched by her warmth and generosity-from Mendon, Ohio, to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, then Charlotte, North Carolina, and finally Crestview, Florida, where she spent her final years.

A spirited traveler, Ginny explored the world with curiosity and joy, visiting Australia, France, Ireland, and countless destinations across the United States. Her love of travel was matched only by her love for family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and twelve siblings: brothers Eugene, Lyman Jr., Robert, Russel, Kenneth, Ronald, Dallas Mulholland, and sisters Norma Myers, Eleanor Kilinger, Ruth Harter, Judy Miller, and Linda Miller.

Ginny is survived by her loving husband, Neil; and devoted children, Brian Neil Esmonde (Cindy), Angela (Angie) Dawn Esmonde, and Tim Carleton Esmonde (Jan). She also leaves behind her three cherished grandchildren and many nieces and nephews, Shanda Lynn Esmonde Brandt (John), Colin Matthew Esmonde (fiancée Mikala Drose), and Macy Sierra Esmonde Bracewell (Jacob).

Ginny's legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew her-her strength, humor, and unwavering love will be remembered always.

Memorial service will be held on September 13, at First Methodist Church, 599 8th Ave. Crestview, Fl, Greeting will be from 10:00-11:00 with Memorial Service from 11:00-12:00.
