She was born on March 23, 1937 to the late Eddie Tyler and Minnie Flood Tyler in Hertford Co., NC. She was a cook for O'Connor's Restaurant. She leaves to cherish her memories; son, Terry Tyler of Ahoskie, NC; three daughters, Sheila Tyler of Baltimore, MD, Cynthia Tyler of Ahoskie, NC and Jennifer Edwards of Winton, NC; one sister, Minister Ida Tyler of Ahoskie, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and other family members.
