Vivian Sue Pearcy Obituary
Vivian Sue Pearcy, 81, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to her heavenly father on December 1, 2025. She was born in Louisville on June 9, 1944, to the late Paschal and Cecil Hannah. Sue retired from the University of Louisville, where she worked as a Unit Business Manager.
Sue is preceded in death by her son, Dennis Michael Pearcy.
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband of 61 years, William Pearcy; son, Alan Keith Pearcy (Sherry); daughter-in-law, Deanna Pearcy; grandchildren, Justin Pearcy (Laurel), Jordan Morris, Cameron Morris, Daniel Pearcy, Anna Pearcy, Sarah Pearcy, Craig Pearcy (Ali), and Aaron Pearcy (Peyton); great grandchildren, Cooper, Ella, and Ava; and siblings, Terry Hannah (April) and Lynne Baumgardner (Michael).
A service to celebrate Sue's life will be held at Noon on Monday, December 8th, 2025, at Newcomer, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive) with burial following at Pennsylvania Run Cemetery. Visitation will take place from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Sunday, December 7th and on Monday from 9:00 am until the time of the service at the funeral home.
