Vonda Kay (Van Diest) Seia 60, passed away on September 9, 2025. She was an incredible woman, amazing mother, and dedicated wife. We thank God that she is finally at peace from the multiple complications that ailed her for the past 96 days.

She was born and raised in Colorado Springs, CO and married David Seia December 29, 1990 in Colorado Springs, CO. She relocated to New Mexico, Japan, Alaska, North Carolina, and Arizona throughout David's military career. These new homes contributed to the multiple vacations and family trips around the globe. Vonda was an avid hobbyist and enjoyed Creative Memories scrapbooking, creating cards with Stampin' Up, teaching and making woven baskets, crocheting, and seeking antiques.

Vonda is survived by her husband David Seia, her fur babies Max, Maggie and Minnie, her son Adam Seia, daughter-in-law Crissel, and grandchild Marie Isabella Seia and daughter Abigail Seia. Her parents Dennis and Colleen Van Diest, brother David Van Diest and wife Kari and their daughters Jessica Sarmiento and Allison Schneider and their families.

We appreciate all the thoughts and prayers throughout all of Vonda's cancer journey and complications that followed until she was reunited with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Thank you from the Seia Family.

There will be a Service held for Vonda at St Marks United Methodist Church in Tucson, AZ on September 23, 2025 @ 2:00pm. There will be a live stream if you wish to attend remotely.
