W. Janelle (Haase) Hammontree passed away in Independence, MO on June 5th, 2025.

Janelle was born in Maryville, MO on January 8th, 1945 to Kermit and Helena (Goslee) Haase.

She lived in Skidmore, MO through the ninth grade before moving to Burlington Junction, MO.

She was married to Troy Emory Hammontree on February 13th, 1966. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Troy and grandson Trent Hammontree.

She is survived by her brother Gregory (Kathy) Haase, children Rebbie Hammontree, Vance (Karoline) Hammontree and Shannon (Nando) Rodriguez, and grandchildren, Tristen (Michael) Engelman, Revan Hammontree, Tyler Hammontree, Justin Williams, Danielle (Will) Small, Aaron Rodriguez, Joshua Rodriguez, Jacob Rodriguez and Francesca Rodriguez and great-grandchildren Jenson and Lochland Engelman and Briar Small.

A Private Family Graveside Service will be held at Hillcrest Cemetery in Skidmore, Missouri under the care of Price Funeral Home.
