Wade was a well known local, raised in the Morristown/Wickenburg/Congress area. He grew up in the ranching and roping community, with many extended family and friends. He was first and foremost a cowboy.

His path led him back to Arizona in 2003. He worked as a cowboy for local ranchers and knew everyone. You could always find him helping out, grinning and cracking jokes at local ropings, ranch roundups and brandings.
In 2005, Wade started shoeing horses. For 20 years, he served the Wickenburg area horse community as a farrier. His love and passion for horses was well known. Wade was deeply involved in the Arizona farrier community.
He dedicated his life to learning his trade and very much enjoyed the time spent with his farrier colleagues. He enjoyed learning from the old timers and in turn teaching the younger generation everything he knew.
Wade supported the Arizona Farriers Association, the Wickenburg Saddle Club, the Boy Scouts, CRAW, local schools and benefit auctions with his time, knowledge and handmade creations.
In his spare time, Wade enjoyed roping with family and friends, boating, kayaking, fishing and leatherwork.
Most of all, Wade loved his family. He would drop anything to help anyone. His generosity, his kind spirit, his humor and his absolute zeal for living life to the fullest are all things that will be remembered about him. He lived his life with the grit, heart and strength of a true cowboy.
