Wallace White

O B I T U A R Y

Wallace White of Green County, son of the late John William "Joe" White and Nora Catherine Davenport White, was born on Wednesday, July 1, 1942 in Green County and departed this life on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at his home. He was 83 years, 7 months, and 17 days of age.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Oak Gove Separate Baptist Church.

He was united in marriage to Marilyn Nadine Judd White on June 3, 1961, who preceded him in death on September 14, 2018.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law: Stephanie Lynn Toy and Mike Toy II of Frankfort; a son and daughter-in-law: Gary Wallace White and Linda of Ohio; three grandchildren: Reece White of Wyoming, Megan and Ryan Nave of Ohio, Chelsie Sudduth and John Scott of Frankfort; four great-grandchildren: Sif, Skadi, Arkin, Keaton, and a soon to be baby boy in July; a special friend: Glenda Simpson of Greensburg; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Betty Sue and Sammy Bonta, Kay and Bub Bonta all of Green County; a brother-in-law: Twyman Lobb; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Besides his parents and wife, he was also preceded in death by three sisters: Mabel Davis, Judy Pierce, Polly Lobb.

The funeral service for Wallace White will be conducted at 1 P.M., Central Time, Sunday, February 22, 2026 at Oak Grove Separate Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Bro. Ricky Arnett, Bro. Larry Wisdom, and Travis Scott officiating.

Visitation is requested from 4:30 until 8 P.M., Central Time, Saturday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 9 A.M., Central Time, Sunday at the Oak Grove Separate Baptist Church until time of the service.

The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Oak Grove Cemetery Fund which can be made at the funeral home.
