Walter Anderson Obituary
He was a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church. There, he served in many roles including on the Vestry, Cub Pack 274 and the Brotherhood of St. Andrews.
Walt was very much a people person and was a volunteer in many organizations. He was on the Board of The Lincoln Heritage Council of The Boy Scouts, a member of Derby City Fly Fishers and worked with Reel Recovery.
He is survived by his high school sweetheart Melinda Semonin Anderson, sister Susan A. Soloc of Las Vegas, Nev. and three nephews.
Funeral service at 11:00 am Saturday March 18, 2023 at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 1206 Maple Ln, Anchorage, KY.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy can be made to Boy Scouts of America Lincoln Heritage Council 12001 Sycamore Station Place Lou KY 40299 or St. Luke's Episcopal Church 1206 Maple Lane Anchorage KY 40223.
Arrangements under the direction of Pearson's, "Where Louisville Goes to Remember."

I am very sorry to hear about Walt's passing. I knew him from my past membership in the Brotherhood of St. Andrew at St. Luke's Anchorage. Walt was a kind man, always willing to help out, who exemplified the Christian life through his service to others.
