Walter Charles Gregorius

Walter Charles Gregorius was born Saturday, May 4, 1935, in Waseca, Minnesota. Walt or Buzz, as he was more affectionately called, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, June 18, 2023, at the age of 88 years.
Walt grew up in Columbus, Nebraska. He is survived by his younger brother Charles Gregorius.
Walt was a Veteran who proudly served in the United States Army.
Walt met the love of his life Dee Hanson in 1958. Walt and Dee were married on November 21, 1959. They had two daughters, Jeanne and Lynn. The family resided in Lincoln, Nebraska, and later moved to Norfolk, NE.
Upon retirement, Walt and Dee relocated to Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Walt and Dee loved attending church and being part of a small group. Walt also cherished time with his family and friends. Walt and Dee cooked many family dinners in their 58 years of marriage.
Walt will be lovingly remembered by his daughters, Jeanne Schnoor, husband Jon, Lynn Moore, husband Ray, brother Charles Gregorius and his wife Carolyn. Walt was blessed with five grandchildren, Cole Schnoor, wife Leslie, Cody Schnoor (proceeded in death), Zach Moore, Alex Moore, wife Autumn, Katelyn Hallam, husband Blake. Papa Walt loved his great grandchildren, Jayden Schnoor, Logan Schnoor and Juan Barron.
