Buddy was born on March 13, 1947 to the late Bertha and Walter Elwood Jackson Sr. in Washington, NC.
He was a good Christian who loved the Lord and the Bible. Love filled his life and his heart. He loved to eat, country music, his family, and friends. If Buddy loved you, then he LOVED you. He was a self-proclaimed meteorologist who loved the weather and predictions were spot on.
Along with his parents, Buddy is preceded in death by his sister Judy Ann Pinkham, niece Melissa Pinkham and nephew Edward Pinkham.
He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law Betty and Linwood Braxton, two nieces: April and husband Richard Rodriguez, Pamela Whitley, three nephews: Jordan Reyes, Joey Pinkham, Troy Pinkham, four great-nieces: Carmen Delgado, Jasmine Delgado, Maria Reyes, Payton Whitley, and three great-nephews, Pier Rodriguez, Lee and Cody Pinkham and his great, great niece Graci Duncan.
