Walter passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2017. Walter was a resident of Colonial Heights, Virginia at the time of his passing. He was a honorable service in the U.S. Army. He was married to Rachel. A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday February 3 2017 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory 2033 Boulevard with the Reverend Buddy Hamm officiating. Interment will follow in Bermuda Memorial Park Enon Virginia. The family will receive friends Thursday February 2 2016 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
