Sunapee, NH: Walter "Walt" Putnam died peacefully on November 24,1923, surrounded by family. He lived with his Sister, Pamela and Brother in law Glenn Shaw, when he became sick.
He was 62 years old, born on March 22, 1961 born in Newport, NH.
Walt lived at the Marion Phillips apartments in Claremont, NH where he resided for many years. He had made some close friends over the years living there. He had one very special close friend Gail Sanborn, who resides at Marion Phillips in Claremont NH. Walt attended the Newport school system. He had a strong love for his children and family.
Throughout Walt's career he worked at many local automotive businesses. He had a love for cars. He also bought and sold cars throughout the years. His last job was at St. Augustine Toyota Sales and Service. He enjoyed the warm Florida weather while he was there. He returned to NH due to health issues. He was an avid online gamer and had many friends throughout the USA and even Canada and beyond! He enjoyed fishing and all the old rock and roll music and living at the farm with his father Douglas. where he grew up.
He was the son of Douglas Putnam Sr. and his mother Jessica {Harrison} Putnam who both resided in the Newport, NH area and predeceased him. He is survived by his sister Pamela Shaw and a brother in law Glenn Shaw of Sunapee, NH. He is also survived by two sons, Ryan Putnam of Newport; and Tyler Putnam and his significant other Jamie Bascom and his step-grandchildren Zach and Jannalee Bascom. who he enjoyed the company of often. He is also survived by his daughter Jalyssa Robbins and her significant other of Claremont,NH He is also survived by his sister Pamela's children Jeremy Burrington and his significant other Bridget Heard of Merrimack,NH. Kristen {Hauge} Ray and her husband Jason Ray and their children, Ava Ray and Sawyer Ray of Longview, TX. Jonathan Hauge and his wife Jaclyn {Gossman} and their Two children Margaux Hauge and Sullivan Hauge from Deltona, FL. He will be missed sorely by his family who love him very much.Until we meet again my brother, fly high with your Angels...
The family will bury his ashes in the spring of next year with his mother at Eastman cemetery in Sunapee NH.
