Walter Scott Thompson of Newfane, NY husband of the late Lori Thompson entered into rest on January 15, 2026. He was born in Buffalo, NY on December 21, 1968. The son of Kenneth and Sharon Wilson. Father of Kenneth Thompson, Samantha (Shane) Storms and the late Kevin-Michael Thompson. Grandfather of Merick Villeneuve, Jackson Thompson, Maddisyn Storms, Ryanne Storms and Anthony Storms. Brother of Barbara (Paul) Kaplan, late Bonnie Thompson, Michelle Mynatt, Kenneth (Kelvey) Wilson and Cathrine (David) Hardman. Also survived by a large extended family and an even larger circle of friends. Scott loved cars and was a jack of all trades. God is great, beer is good and people are crazy.

At Scotts request there will be no formal services, flowers gratefully declined.
