Walt was preceded in death by his father, Walter James Wells Sr. He is survived by his mother Kathryn (Kenny) Mort of Jamesport; two sons, Justin Wells of Polo, MO and Colton Wells (Taryn) of Holt, MO; grandson, Merrick Wells; brother, Craig Mort of Gallatin, MO; other extended family members also survive.
