Wanda May Anders, of Pierceton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at Parkview Regional Medical Center at the age of 80. Born on November 17, 1947, in Kosciusko County, Indiana, she was the daughter of Frank and Hazel Phillips (Elder).
After graduating from Pierceton High School in 1964, Wanda married Allan Anders on August 8, 1964. Together, they created a warm and loving home. Wanda was the proud mother of her three children, Kathy, Kristie, and Kim. Her life was marked by her deep commitment to family, a trait she cherished and nurtured throughout her years.
In addition to her devotion to her family, Wanda had a variety of hobbies that she loved to share with those around her. She found joy in puzzles and was a fantastic cook. Her family’s favorites were her apple pie and ham salad. Her flower gardening was not just a hobby; it was a reflection of her character.
