Wanda Arnold, age 63 was born on July 27, 1961 to the late Harold, Sr. and Beverly Arnold in Dayton, Ohio and passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2024.

Wanda graduated from Nettie Lee Roth High School in 1979. She had multiple jobs primarily in the clerical area with NCR, Montgomery County Child Enforcement Agency, Dayton Public Schools, and particularly enjoyed working with the hearing impaired. Her enjoyments included spending time with family, cooking, watching her "stories", crossword puzzles, playing scrabble, listening to music, and relaxing.

She was affectionately known for her infamous phrases, "I hate stupid" and "I don't like to chew my cabbage twice."

Wanda's legacy is carried forward by her loving son, Devon Hayes Sr. and daughter-in-law Dionna Hayes.

She was preceded in death by her brothers Harold Arnold Jr., Bruce Arnold, Sr. and special friend Deborah Grant.

She is survived by her sisters: Loretta Norton, Teresa Arnold; and sister-in-law Kimberly Arnold; brothers: Lewis Arnold, Gary (Rosina) Arnold; grandchildren: Devon Hayes Jr., Alexis McKenzie, London Boddie, and Carter Hayes; great-grandchildren Aleya Hayes and Marleigh Hardin, and special friend Paul Robinson, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
