Wanda Browning passed away Sunday, March 5, 2023. She was born Nov. 11, 1938, in Gratz, Ky. to Nim Rod and Pauline Gray Beverly Smith. Wanda was the former owner/operator of Browning Chevrolet Dealership with her husband, Marlyn Browning.
She is survived by one daughter; Marlene Browning-Wainscott, one son; Jeffrey L. Browning, two sisters, one brother, three grandchildren and one great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her husband; Marlyn S. Browning, two sisters and three brothers.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 11, 2023 at Pleasureville Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Anderson and Rev. Richard Downing officiating. Visitation will also be on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the church. Burial will be in Pleasureville Cemetery. Sholar-Riley Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Jeff and Marlene and the rest of the family. Wanda and Marlon were like family to us both and we will miss her asuch as we already miss Marlon. My husband and I loved to just drop In just to say hello to see how she was doing. We have many memories of her that we will cherish. Love and hugs to all.
