Wanda Faye Carter

Wanda Faye (Morgan) Carter, age 82, passed on Sunday, November 30, 2025. She was born on June 5, 1943 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to John Henry Morgan and Atha Lee (Clark). She grew up in Oklahoma City and worked at Xerox, retiring after 20+ years. She married the love of her life, Harold Carter on September 15, 1961. They loved each other dearly. She loved scrapbooking, working in the flower bed, photo albums and working on crafts. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold Carter, two sons; Randy and Danny, her parents, and her sister Carolyn Henry. She is survived by her daughter Rhonda Robinson and her partner Laura Luna, four grandchildren; Mark, Josh, Brandy and Cheyenne, four great-grandchildren and one sister; Neoma Knox. Visitation will be Thursday, December 4th from 1:00pm to 8:00pm at McNeil's Funeral Service, Mustang, OK and the Graveside Service will be 2:00pm Friday, December 5, 2025 at Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Wheatland, Oklahoma.
