Wanda Cook Pace Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service - Graniteville on Jan. 13, 2026.
Mrs. Wanda Lynn Cook Pace, 58, of North Augusta, SC, wife of forty-two years to Barry Pace, entered into rest on Thursday, January 8, 2026.
A lifelong resident of the area, she is the daughter of the late Harold and Donnie Mae Harris Cook.
Lynn was a kind and gentle soul and had a sweet spirit. She could be described as an old soul. The simple things in life made her the happiest. Often, she could be sitting on her porch with a cold Pepsi in her hand, enjoying a nice breeze while watching the hummingbirds, she loved her flowers and bragged about her green thumb. She sure did love her bonus kids as well as she called them (her dogs)
She cherished her family, especially her grandchildren and so many "extra kids" that she gained over the years.
Along with her husband, Lynn is loved and will be missed by her children, Christy (Cheyenne) Pace Williams and Justin Pace, siblings, Donna Scott, Suzanne Cook, Barbara Cook, and Barry Cook and her beloved grandchildren, Anthony Coles, Jayden Pace, and Ava Pace, as well as other family members.
Also preceding Lynn in death were a son, Kyle Pace, and a brother, Terry Cook.
In accordance with her wishes, Lynn was cremated and requested that no service be held.
Given her love for dogs, memorials in Lynn's memory may be made to the Albrecht Center for Animal Welfare. (www.letlovelive.org)
