Wanda Jean Davidson passed from this life on August 25, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born on August 25, 1935, in Tuttle, Oklahoma to Georgia Alda and O.E Barnett, Wanda was the oldest of three children. She was known for her resilience and as a wonderful supporter to those around her. Her many talents and hobbies included crocheting, knitting, embroidery, and collecting hummingbirds and bells. Wanda was a devout member of her church and never met a stranger. She cherished her long-time career as an LVN, where she found joy in helping others.

Wanda is preceded in death by her parents, Georgia and O.E. Barnett, her sister Barbara Barnett, her daughter Jeannie Hilley, her son Edward Davidson Jr., and her grandson Jesse Dalton Sandlin. She is survived by her husband of 74 years, Edward Davidson, her daughters Connie Brown and husband Daryle, Jane Celaya and husband Nick, her daughter-in-law Sue Davidson, 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and a host of friends, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 2:00pm at the Edna Hill Baptist Church. Graveside services to follow at the Barbee Cemetery.
