Wanda Esquibel Obituary
Born on September 7, 1961 in Springer New Mexico, Wanda was a beloved daughter, sister and friend.
Wanda was also a dedicated member of New Mexico School for the Deaf Alumni Association, Roadrunners. She graduated from New Mexico Santa Fe School for the Deaf, attended Gallaudet University Washington, D.C two years and Luna Community College of Las Vegas, NM.
Wanda was employed with Gambles 20 plus years and Price's Furniture Store of Las Vegas NM. She was currently employed at Comfort Inn of Las Vegas, NM.
She brought joy, laughter, and kindness into the lives of all who knew her. Her passion for upholstery was truly inspiring.
Wanda was preceded in death by her father Phillip Esquibel Sr. and Brother Phillip Esquibel Jr.
Wanda is survived by her mother Rebecca Torres, Sister Bernice Green, Sister Brenda Hendershot, Brother Thomas Esquibel, Sister Rebecca Smith (Gary), Sister Annette Gray (Ron), and Sister Cynthia Cameron (Jared).
Rosary will be recited on Friday, December 12, 2025 at 12:00pm funeral mass will follow both services will be held at Santa Clara Church in Wagon Mound, NM. Interment will follow at Santa Clara Cemetery with the following serving as Pallbearers: Thomas Esquibel, Edward Green, Nathan Green, Joseph Esquibel, Angelo Esquibel, and Roger Alcon.
