Wanda Hurst Obituary
Wanda Valgean Hurst, age 62 of Bucyrus, OH passed away August 10, 2025, at Hospice of Central Ohio in Columbus. She was born October 21, 1962, to the late Marvin and Helen (Smith) Eitel in Cincinnati, OH. Wanda was married to Marcus Hurst, who survives in Flemingsburg, KY
Wanda is survived by her husband, daughter Eryn Stacy of Bucyrus, Virgil Hurst, Misty Hurst and Michael Hurst all of Flemingsburg, KY, grandchildren, and half siblings: Marvetta Brooks, Mark Eitel, Jeff Eitel, Mary Sentman, and Rhonda. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Wanda was a high school graduate and worked in a factory as well as drove school bus in Kentucky. She was a Navy Veteran and was a lifetime member of the Amvets Post 27 in Bucyrus.
Affordable Cremation Services of Ohio will be assisting the family with arrangements.
Memorial contributions can be made to Amvets Post 27 in Bucyrus. There will be a Celebration of life held at the Amvets Post 27 at a later date.
