Wanda Johnson Obituary
Wanda Mae Johnson, 89, of Mooresville, passed away November 16, 2024. She was born May 24, 1935 to the late Charley and Nora (Smith) Dubois in Patricksburg, IN. She was a member of the Plainfield United Methodist Church. She was a wonderful seamstress and loved needlework and cross-stitch. She married James H. Johnson on July 9, 1955. He preceded her in death on October 14, 2014. Wanda is survived by a son, Duane E. (Margi) Johnson; a daughter, Teresa M. (Scott) Smith; three grandchildren, Angela (Chris) Smail, Brandon (Allison) Smith, and Colin (Kelly) Smith; and 6 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Wednesday from 11:00 am until service time at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow in White Lick Cemetery, Mooresville.
