Obituary published on Legacy.com by Cremation Services Direct on Jun. 12, 2024.
Wanda F. Rouse was born January 2, 1960 in Whiteville, North Carolina to Carrie Lee Rouse. She passed away peacefully on June 7, 2024 at home after a brief illness in hospice care.
Wanda was a graduate of Hallsboro High School and Southeastern Community College. After school, she relocated to Norwalk, CT and worked as a shift supervisor for McDonald's Corp. for 14 years and retired from CVS Corp. for which she worked as a manager for 30 years.
She moved to Myrtle Beach in 2012 and retired in 2024.
Precious memories will be cherished by her husband, Carl Ostuni; sister, Mary Green and her husband, Leroy Green; niece, Martha Davis and her husband, Jeff Davis; step-daughter, Jessica Ostuni, with many loving cousins, aunts, and uncles.
In her 64 years of life, she was so many things to so many people. She had a contagious laugh and a great smile. A hard worker who always looked out for her co-workers and a loving person to her family and spouse. She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.
Services will be held at Forestbrook Baptist Church, 2051 Forestbrook Rd. Myrtle Beach, at 11am on Thursday, June 20, 2024 in the Chaple Room. All family and friends are welcomed to attend.
