Wanda Russell Obituary
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, February 19, 2022 in the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Howard White officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Wanda was born February 17, 1952 in Atlanta, GA to Ashton and Eloise Jones. She graduated from Perry High School, and worked in the front office of Pacelli High School as a secretary for many years. She was a huge animal lover, enjoyed camping and she loved spending time with her family and friends especially her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her step-son, Joe Russell, brother, Randy Jones and late husband, George Jaros.
She is survived by her loving family to include husband, Mike Russell, children, Bryon Jaros (Tiffany), Stephanie Favors (Jimmie), step-son, Walt Russell, grandchildren, Caleb, Carson, Chelsey (Roger), Cooper, Corbin, great-granddaughter, Lillian, brother, Robby Jones (Kim), and many nieces and nephews.
