Wanda Belvin Williams, 75, current resident of North Myrtle Beach and Concord native, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones on Thursday, November 13, 2025.
Wanda was born October 17, 1950, in Concord, NC, to the late Glenn Daren Belvin and the late Annie Willene Hinson Belvin.
She was also preceded in death by her brother, Larry Ray Belvin; and niece, Michele Starr Stough.
Wanda was a devoted follower of Jesus Christ whose life radiated love, kindness, and generosity. She had a natural gift for humor and was often the funniest when she didn’t even mean to be. With a flair for the dramatic and a joyful spirit, Wanda brought life and laughter wherever she went. She fulfilled her lifelong dream of living by the beach, her favorite place, where she cherished the sun, sand, and salty air-especially when surrounded by her family. Above all, Wanda was a loving wife, mother, nana, and friend, whose warmth and compassion touched everyone she met.
Survivors include loving husband, Paul "Jeff" Severt of North Myrtle Beach, SC; daughter, Alecia Smith and husband, Michael, of Mooresville, NC; and grandchildren, Madison, Chloeann, and Parker Smith.
The family will receive friends from 11:30 am - 12:45 pm, Monday, November 17, 2025, at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm in the funeral home chapel, officiated by Pastor Andrew Ruth. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park Kannapolis.
