Amber Ann Williams

Amber Ann (Bird) Williams was born on February 22, 1981 to Joseph and Lisa (Boyd) Bird in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. She passed away peacefully at home on February 17, 2026.

Amber loved animals, especially horses and pitbulls. She loved to read, draw and go camping and fishing occasionally. She was my little motor mouth going 90 miles a minute. Amber would help anyone she could. The past four years had been a tremendous struggle for her, first her four wheeling accident and then her battle with pancreatic cancer.

Amber is survived by three wonderful kids, Quinton Bird of Durant, OK, Christian Woods and Alexandria Hall of the home; mother, Lisa Whitmire and stepfather Gary Whitmire also of the home; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and half brothers and sisters.

She was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Johnny and Kathryn Hertel; grandmother, Simone Boyd; grandfather, Denny Bird; brother, John Bird and father, Joseph Bird.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 20, 2026 at the Freedom Fellowship Church in Fillmore, Oklahoma. Interment to follow at the Fillmore Cemetery. A family hour will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2026 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at DeArman-Clark Funeral Home.
