Steven Arthur Rawlings

Steven Arthur Rawlings, 76, passed away on February 8, 2026.

Steven was born on September 6, 1949, in Colony, Kansas, to James Arthur and Naomi Jean (Hutton) Rawlings. He spent his working years as an automotive mechanic, a trade he truly loved. Steven had a lifelong passion for working on cars and could often be found under the hood, fixing, tinkering, and sharing his knowledge with others.

In his free time, Steven especially enjoyed fishing-most of all when it meant spending time with his children and grandchildren. He believed deeply in living life doing what you truly enjoy, a lesson he passed on to his family through both his words and his example.

Steven was preceded in death by his parents, James Arthur and Naomi Jean Rawlings; his wife, Becky Rawlings; his grandson, Jacob; and his brother, Mike.

Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Stevie, Christopher, Jeremy, and David; daughters, Patricia, Angie, and April; sisters, Connie, Wanda, and Brenda; brothers, Gary and Tom; grandchildren, Christopher Jace Rawlings Jr., Cieron Levi Rawlings, Caleb, Jewel, Angelica, Macy, Melisa, Jonathan, Callie Rawlings, and Lillie Harbin; along with a host of other family members and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 11, at Pontotoc Cemetery in Pontotoc, Oklahoma.
