Warren Michael Bruder, 87, passed away on January 26, 2026. He was born September 2, 1938, to Arthur and Regina Cecilia (Thill) Bruder in Long Prairie, Minnesota.
Warren attended Country School through the 8th grade and transferred to Long Prairie High School in Minnesota, being the first Bruder to graduate from there. He enlisted in the United States Navy after graduation and enjoyed every day of it (or so he says) for 28 years. In the Navy, he traveled the world.
Warren is survived by his wife of 67 years, Oliva, sons, Robert (Mavis) Bruder of Las Vegas, Richard Bruder of Indianapolis, 5 grandchildren; Ian, Dominic, Gabriel, Alexis Russell all of Indianapolis, Matthew (Las Vegas NV) and J.R. (Fort Benning, Georgia).
Warren Is preceded in death by his parents, his sister Irene (Chuck) Reznechek, and brothers Arnold Bruder, Clarence (Marge) Bruder, Clyde (Josie) Bruder.
Sunday, February 8, there will be a visitation at Flanner Buchanan-Speedway from 2:00PM - 6:00PM, commencing with a Wake/Rosary service at 6:00PM, February 8th. A second Visitation will be held on Monday, February 9, 9:30AM - 11:00AM at St. Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Church, followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00AM. Entombment will be at Crown Hill Cemetery with Military Honors.
