I had the honor and privilege of knowing and serving with Skip in the Temple since 2009. We gravitated toward each other being fellow Air Force vererans and Aircraft enthusiasts. Skip always had a kind word for me and took me under his wing as I served with him. He is an example to me of a loving Priesthood holder who teaches by example. We had many memorable experiences in the Temple when the Spirit guided us to bless the lives of others. Skip, you are loved and missed brother. You are now home and have a fulness of joy. Rest easy.

It was a joy to know and work with Skip in the temple. He accepted any assignment and served with his heart and soul. He was a great example to all who served with him. His testimony of Jesus Christ and his love for Him was evidenced in his kind and supportive words as he served Him. Skip will be greatly missed but he will be an incredible asset to building Heavenly Father“s kingdom forever.
