Wayman Smith Obituary
Wayman Neil "Buzz" Smith, 80, of Harding, passed away Tuesday Dec. 16, 2025, in Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Howell-Lussi Funeral Home, West Pittston.
