I employed Wayne in 1988 and he worked at Maaco for almost 15 year. At the beginning, he spoke very little but worked extremely hard. We became friends and he told me that he never held a job more than 6 months. We took our spouses in a cruise to Bahamas and he and I talked about hard work and how times wait for no one. We talked about the importance of family,retirement/financial needs, etc. I urged him to quit smoking and reduce his intake of junk food. He answered that we live only once and we should eat and enjoy what we like.
The day I decided to retire, we sat in my office and talked a lot. I told him that he was the best employee we ever have hired at Maaco. He looked at me astonishingly but I confirmed to him by saying, "Wayne, I really mean it" .
It was very difficult to see him motionless and to supress my tears but his friendship will be in my memory till the end of time. Bye Bye Wayne, By Bye my freind.

I know Sue is waiting for him to be with him just like she always did, he will be missed He was a good man and had lots and lots of friends and there was no one like him. Little Susie is like him with her attitude and Little Wayne is like him in so many ways but most cause he looks so much like him, you can't think of him with out smiling
