Wayne Michael Bansemer of Milwaukee passed away on Monday November 17th, 2025, at the age of 80 after a long illness.

He was born on February 8th, 1945, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to his parents Orville and Laverne (née Kubacki) Bansemer. He was united in marriage to his beloved wife Linda (née Decker) on August 27th, in 1966 at St. Gerard's Church in Milwaukee, WI. Together their marriage was blessed with two daughters.

He was a proud member of the US Army from 1965 to 1967. Wayne worked at Consolidated Freightways and was a proud member of the Teamsters Local 200. He was an avid sportsman and enjoyed helping family, friends, neighbors and the less fortunate. Wayne loved being outside and gardening, but most importantly visiting with his beloved neighbors. He cherished his lifelong friendships with Mike and Pat Kaczmarek and Terri Prekop. With a lighthearted manner and a joyful attitude, Wayne had an infinite knack for talking to anyone, friend or stranger alike.

Wayne is survived by his most treasured love of his life Linda Bansemer (Decker), furthermore survived by his littlest loves of his life, daughters Tammi (Robert) Bauman and Lisa (Michael) Foley. He was the proud grandfather of Katie (Thomas) Foley and Krissy (Peter) Lewandowski. He is also survived by his beloved niece Jeanette (née Dellenbach) & Mark Dooley and their children Colin and Grace. Additionally, he is survived by his sister-in-law, Nancy Anschutz, and his nephew, Daniel Anschutz. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend who was loved by so many in his lifetime.

In accordance with Wayne's wishes, there will be no formal service. Hope you ride that motorcycle in heaven; he will be infinitely missed.
