Wayne was and will always be one of the most determined, kind and intelligent man I have known in my life. From the time we met at Workman Middle, went to the movies with Bobbie and just sat up talking on the phone for hours, he was my friend. At a young age he knew he meant to soar the heavens and lived his dream. To his wife and son know he was an example for young children of color to strive to emulate. Prayers and sympathies and know he is flying in the clouds of Heaven.
