Wayne passed away peacefully at home on November 2nd. He grew up with five brothers and two sisters in Waukesha. In 1954, Wayne joined the Army and was stationed in Europe.
In 1958, he introduced himself as Jordan Rourke Temple the 4th to Darlene Frankowiak, who became his wife a year later. Together, they spent 67 years in marriage. From 1970 to 2010, they ran a small business together. They purchased a farmhouse in 2000 where Wayne spent time fixing it up.
Inspired by working on a farm as a boy, he developed a lifelong love for gardening. He also loved old war movies, but most of all, he loved spending time with his grandson.
He is survived by his wife Darlene, son Ed (Agnes), daughter Diane, grandson Jeremy Flintrop and brother Norm.
He is preceded in death by his daughter Cathy Towne, brothers Rev Dayton, Art, Jerry, Bob and sisters Delores and Donna (Pfeiffle).
A private celebration of life will be held for the family at a later date.
