Wayne Daniel Gifford, 70, of Laquey, MO, a local attorney, passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2025, due to injuries sustained in a traffic accident. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 4, 2025, in the Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville / St. Robert. Interment will follow in the Fairview Cemetery of Laquey, MO. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville / St. Robert. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Friday, October 3, 2025, in the Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville / St. Robert. Mr. Gifford is survived by his wife: Linda Gifford of the home; two children: Brad Gifford of Laquey, MO and Jessica Gifford and husband Isaac Dodson of Fulton, MO; grandson: Henry Dodson of Fulton, MO; four siblings: Rebecca Atwell and husband Kenneth of Hurst, TX, Robert Gifford of Licking, MO, David Gifford and wife, Anne of Columbia, MO; and Paul Gifford and wife Sharon of Laquey, MO; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested in memory of Wayne Gifford to the Pulaski County Bar Association Scholarship Fund, Genesis: A Place of New Beginnings, or Gideon Bibles and may be left at Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville / St. Robert.
