Wayne was a loyal volunteer in my reading center. He was loved by the students he tutored. His cheerful attitude and encouragement impacted countless lives over many years. He and his wife, Sandi, who also volunteered, were dear friends who we enjoyed socializing and boating with for many years.
Sending hugs to Sandi and family.
