So sorry to learn of Waynes passing. I worked with him at PGPD, Squad 41 out of Hyattsville Station. We learned a lot of good police work from him. He was a character with a great sense of humor. Ill never forget sitting in his police cruiser as a rookie and noticing a windup alarm clock on the dashboard and the daily Racing Form. He explained why he had them. Thoughts and prayers for the family.

Big wayne thanks for helping me out my senior year by you and Martha opening up your house and hearts to let me live with you. It meant the world to me as well my mom. I will always cherish the memories and good times.
