So sorry to learn of Waynes passing. I worked with him at PGPD, Squad 41 out of Hyattsville Station. We learned a lot of good police work from him. He was a character with a great sense of humor. Ill never forget sitting in his police cruiser as a rookie and noticing a windup alarm clock on the dashboard and the daily Racing Form. He explained why he had them. Thoughts and prayers for the family.

Dear Martha and family,
I am so sorry to hear this sad news. I never met Wayne (just followed your posts on Facebook) but he fought a good fight before the Lord had His angels take Wayne into paradise. Martha, you and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers as you go through the next days, weeks, and months.
