Wayne L. Kreimeyer, age 80, of Marshalltown, Iowa passed away at the Iowa Veterans Home on Sunday October 13, 2024.

Wayne Louis Kreimeyer was born June 24, 1944, in Iowa Falls, IA. He was the son of Theodore and Jennie (Carlin) Kreimeyer. Wayne proudly served his country in the United States Navy. On January 28, 1967, he married Diane (Humburg) Kreimeyer in Hampton, IA. Wayne began working at the Iowa Veterans Home until his retirement in 2000. In his free time, Wayne enjoyed fishing, hunting, and making his own fishing jigs.
He is survived by his wife Diane (Humburg) Kreimeyer, his children: Lisa and Brian (Tina) Kreimeyer, his grandson Logan Kreimeyer, and his siblings Gary and Marlene Kreimeyer of Iowa Falls, IA. Also left to cherish his memory is Wayne's best friend Gary Vaughn of Fort Dodge, IA.
Wayne is preceded in death by both of his parents.
