He is preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Cash Lightfoot, brothers, Ira Lightfoot, Jr., Calvin Lighfoot, Amos Lightfoot, Dan Lightfoot, Jimmy Lightfoot; grandson, Mason Lightfoot; and his parents.
Wayne is survived by his wife, Judy Mills Lightfoot of Bloomburg, Texas; son, Matthew Lightfoot (Karen) of Ashdown, Arkansas; daughters, Sheila Dunlap (Merry Stephens) of Bloomburg, Texas, Rhonda Ivy (John) of Bloomburg, Texas; brother, John Lightfoot (Judy) of Atlanta, Texas; sister, Topsy Louise Fassbender (Wally) of Beebe, Arkansas; six grandchildren, Heather Dunlap (Brett), Heath Dunlap (Jaci), Ben Porterfield (Sarah), Chelsea Suggs (Brett), Colby Ivy, Travis Yount (Shelby); great grandchildren, Kalea Alexander (Jake), Piper Dunlap, Kane Dunlap, Molleigh McCasland, Madyx McCasland, Zoe Lightfoot, Landon Yount, Levi Yount, Luke Porterfield, Micah Porterfield, Aubrey Porterfield, Cayden McWilliams, Brooklynn Suggs, Laynie Suggs, Makaylan Berbig; great-great grandchildren, Rubeigh Alexander, Sadie Mae Alexander, Ryder Yount; in-laws, Betty Whitehorn, Robert and Deb Mills, and Larry and Ava Mills; and a host of nieces, nephews and other friends and family.
Graveside services will be 2:00 pm, Sunday, June 16, 2024 at New Hope Cemetery, under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service, with Rev. James Wallace officiating.
Visitation will be 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Saturday, June 15, 2024 at Hanner Funeral Service.

I knew Wayne in California. We were friends in Arvin. He, Chesley Green and I spent a lot of time together. Ches never left California and till lives there. I came back to Oklahoma and Wayne to Texas. We duck hunted in his brother Dans new ford. Thats hard to explain. the ducks were on the hard pan and so were we at 70 mi an hr.
