Wayne Milburn Obituary
He was born on June 5, 1938 in Port Huron to Lyndon and Bertha (Graham) Milburn. He and Shirley A. Behn were married on October 6, 1962 in Port Sanilac. She preceded him in death on February 11, 2007.
Wayne retired as a parts clerk at Mueller Brass Co., Port Huron. He was a member of the Croswell Wesleyan Church and a founding member of the Grief Share. Member of the Black River Art Club and a volunteer at Project Blessing in Carsonville. He loved to fish, bowl and golf. Wayne was a veteran of the Michigan National Guard.
Surviving are a son Dennis of Applegate and daughter Michele (Fred) Poehler of Wallaceburg, Ontario. Special friend Marion Barth and her family and step grand and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday, December 27 at the Pomeroy Funeral Home in Lexington. Rev. Phil Count, pastor of the Croswell Wesleyan Church will officiate. Burial will be in St. John Lutheran Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9, and again Saturday from 10 to 11 A.M. at the Pomeroy Funeral Home in Lexington.

Dennis and Michelle: I will try to make the service. My husband Jim (passed) was a military collector buddy with Wayne and I was a friend and sweetheart collector with Shirley. Trully great people, friends, and a missing part of my heart. My prayers go with you.
