Wayne E. Moore, age 55, of New Baltimore, Michigan, passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Wayne was born on December 4, 1969, in Mt. Clemens, Michigan, to his cherished parents, Byron Moore and Judith Verlinde.
Wayne gave thanks to God each day for the many blessings in his life. Guided by deep Catholic faith, Wayne drew strength from The Chosen and The Bible in a Year with Fr. Mike Schmitz. His faith, gratitude, and love leave a lasting legacy in the hearts of all who knew him.
He cherished life's simple pleasures.. golf, live music, summer weekends in Harbor Beach, and friendly games of foosball and darts with his sons. Whether tending his lawn, working out, watching the sunrise, or making new friends, Wayne brought laughter, warmth, and kindness wherever he went.
Sundays often began with breakfast shared with loved ones, and each Thanksgiving meal was a joyful labor of love. He found peace in fall leaves, summer storms, and Christmas music filling the house. He truly cherished spending time with his best buds. Whether it was a casual gathering or a planned outing, he treasured every moment spent with those he loved.
Wayne was the beloved husband of Lorriann Moore, with whom he shared a beautiful journey filled with love, laughter, and companionship. He was the dear father of Kaylin (Dylan) Weil, Karmyn (Jay) Silvers, and Noah (Emma) Moore, and the proud and loving Papa of Ryder, Estelle, Scarlett, Willow, Audrey, and Isla. His greatest joy came from his wife, children, family, and dear friends and his heart overflowed with love for his grandchildren, who filled his days with light.
Wayne will be deeply missed by his parents, Byron Moore and Judith (the late Donald) Verlinde. He was a devoted brother to Jim (Kris) Moore, David (Megan) Moore, and Brenda Farrow.
Wayne's circle extended beyond family, as he was survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will forever hold fond memories of his warm smile, generous spirit, and unwavering kindness. Wayne's friendship was a gift to all who knew him, and he leaves behind a legacy of love and joy.
Wayne E. Moore will be remembered as a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, cherished son, beloved brother, and loyal friend. His spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
