Wayne was born September 30, 1940, in Bonham, Texas, to Claude L. Northcutt and Thelma Mae Taylor. He married the love of his life, Patricia Cameron, on May 29, 1962. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.
Wayne started and operated Northcutt Plumbing in Levelland and served the community for almost 60 years.
