I didn't spend much time with Mr. Remme, which was a good thing! But what I did come to realize was that he was a fair in how he treated us as students. I have all good memories of my time at SHS and Mr. Remme was a big reason that most of us do. I'm sorry for your loss and will keep your families in my prayers.

Where do I begin-I truly had a lot of respect for MR. REMME. He was my shop teacher at Melvin Community School. From there he was my high school Principal-even though I made a few trips down to the office, I believed he was fair. One time he told me, this will hurt me just as much as you! From there we were members of the same church in Melvin. He was our President (leader) for our group of Aid to Lutherans. He was just a joy to be around, I always felt he took time to talk or help an individual. Lucky me for being able to have him as one of the best mentors I had. My deepest sympathy to all of his family-Lori Hoffman

My thoughts and prayers from a former student who was favorably influenced by Mr. Remmee - a man I have continued to respect after all these years. Rest In Peace Mr Remme - you were a positive influencer for many!

Our deepest sympathy to all of you. We both thought the world of Mr. Remme. I don't remember not knowing him but then since Sue and I were best friends since we were born I spent a lot of time at the house two blocks away. Not only was he my best friend's dad but our school principal, my Sunday School teacher and then my sister in laws dad. Our heartfelt sympathy as we remember a wonderful man.
