Wayne P. Schneider, 59, passed away February 3rd, at Samaritan Medical Center, in Watertown, after a brief illness.
He was born, November 5, 1966, in Watertown, NY, son of Paul and Helen House Schneider. He graduated from Alexandria Central High School in 1984.
Wayne worked several jobs over the course of his life. He was an equipment operator for Santaro, based in Syracuse, NY, as well as for Hunter Grimes, Newberry Construction, and most recently, for his neighbor, Robert Walts. He was a former member of the Plessis Fire Department, enjoyed hunting and trapping, planting food plots for the local wildlife, and running machinery.
Wayne is survived by his father, Paul, with whom he resided, two sisters, Susan (Will) Mullen, Rochester, NY, and Leeanne Schneider, Plessis, NY, as well as nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his mom, Helen Schneider, in 2013.
There will be no public services.
Memorial donations may be made in Wayne’s name to the Plessis Fire Department
