Wayne Shockley Obituary
Wayne Shockley of Frostproof passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at HCA Florida Osceola Hospital.
He was born December 24, 1967 in Winter Haven; he moved to Frostproof one year ago. Wayne was a truck driver and a Wreck Master certified wrecker operator. He liked racing cars and previously raced at the Auburndale Speedway. Wayne was a dedicated worker who could often be found working, especially on cars.
Wayne was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Shockley in 2016. He is survived by his daughter, Amanda Shockley of Frostproof; son, Dwayne Shockley of Frostproof; mother, Wanda Cioni of Winter Haven; brother, Creig Shockley of Medina, New York; and grandchildren, Logan, Jordyn, and Braison.
A celebration of life will be held at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at First Baptist Church of Frostproof.
