Wayne Anthony Storrs, age 86, of Elmhurst. Beloved husband of the late Mary Ellen, nee Shapley; loving father of James A. Storrs and the late Bruce Storrs; uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Wayne was a talented architect, working as a structural engineer in the city of Chicago, where he helped design many buildings. He was a long time deacon at Christ the King Catholic Catholic church in Lombard. He was always a thankful person, he poured his time into his family, and was always happy to make people smile.

In State Thursday, Oct. 9th, 10 AM until time of Mass at 11 AM at Christ the King Catholic Church, 1501 S. Main St. Lombard, IL 60148. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Funeral info: 630-932-1500 or www.knollcrest.net.
