Wayne Anthony Tull, 68, of Pocomoke Maryland departed this life on Thursday October 16, 2025 in Salisbury, MD suddenly.
Wayne was born on May 30, 1957, to Margaret and George Henry Tull of Pocomoke and Salisbury, Maryland. He was preceded in death by his loving parents; loving Grandparents Margaret Burton Matthews, Clifton Mathews, Sarah Jane Brittingham and George Henry Tull Sr, three loving brothers Franklin Tull, Willie James Harmon and Sherwood Tull and great granddaughter Ja'veah T. He was educated in the Worcester County Public School System; he was a great football player in High School. He worked numerous jobs through out his life. He began working at 16 years old. He spoke fondly of his days working on the Plaza in Downtown Salisbury, MD. He loved and enjoyed working for Trinity United Methodist Church where he retired after 18 years.
Wayne was a personal man who enjoyed laughing, cracking jokes and hanging with his friends (Homeboys). He also enjoyed spending time with children, grandchildren and family. Wayne also spent time fishing. During his early life, he attended St. James United Methodist church in Pocomoke, Maryland.
Wayne leaves to cherish his memory his children, Tamika Tull of Berlin, MD; Re-u-nika Tull of Berlin, MD; and Wayne Tull Jr. of Baltimore, MD; his grandsons, Demond Mills, Tony Mills, Na'Sier Tull, Kayden Tull, and Aiden Planter; granddaughter, Tamia Dennis; great-grandsons, Kayden Mills, Takhari Mills, and Josiah Parker; sisters, Linda Tull, Irene Tull, Faye Tull Fuller, Deborah Monroe, Paulette Parker of Frederica, DE, Wennette Pitts, Sharon Jones, and Grace Bagwell; brothers, Rodney Harmon of Bowie, MD; a special dear friend, Evelyn Jones of Salisbury, MD; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and great friends whom he called brothers.
"Afterglow"
I'd like the memory of me to be a happy one. I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done. I'd like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, Of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I'd like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun; Of happy memories that I leave when life is done.
